Byron Health Foods uses our own staff for local deliveries, and sometimes other couriers for other deliveries within Australia.

All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt.

Byron Health Foods will endeavour to get stock to you in the most expedient time frame. Please allow up to TWO to FIVE business days for Byron Health Foods to process and deliver your order.

SHIPPING COSTS

Unless you require urgent delivery, all goods will be delivered within 20km of our Warehouses at standard pricing $5 + GST.*

Urgent deliveries will be charged at cost price.  Please contact sales@byronhealthfoods.com.au for an estimate.

* All shipping costs are based on the weight /size of your order, where it is being shipped to and the shipping method selected.  

RETURNS - REFUNDS

What is our refund policy?
We are pleased to offer our customers their choice of a refund or replacement of an item if purchased at a full or reduced price:

• Is not of acceptable quality; OR
• Is not fit for the intended purpose; OR
• Does not match the sample or description given.

We do regret that we cannot provide a refund(s) on any “custom or used” delivered products.
